Sleep through…

Tuesday, October 16th, 2007

Sleep is most likely the most heavenly thing ever. It just feels good to lie there and not do anything but feel to dream for 8 to 12 hours straight. Sometimes, though, its not good to have more than 8 hours of sleep because the cycle doesnt completely finish. For example, I slept at 2 this morning and woke up at 6 and felt absolutely fine, but my first class was at 10 so I went back to sleep to wake up at 9. Unfortunately, when I woke up I felt so groggy that I just thought about skipping my class; but I did. Go me! right? haha. Life is going here in the Motor city, too bad its not a 24 hour city though, because I’ve always wanted to live in a 24 hour city only because sometimes I feel like going shopping or bowling at 3 in the morning, but I can’t here because everyone is sleeping and all of the shops are closed. Thanks to college life though, I’m still able to play video games at 3 or 4 in the morning and not disturb anyone else rudely. Anyways, the key point is that life is going and it will always keep going no matter how hard it is.
Enjoy the motion picture. haha.

What a day it has been. I woke up at 2.30 this afternoon, what a shame. I hate to wake up that late, but it feels so good to have slept that much. I should probably start sleeping before 5 in the morning from now on. College rules are meant to be broken right… the only wrong thing with that statement is that there really are not any rules in college. Anything you want goes, and it will go until you drop to the ground. I can do whatever I want whenever I want and basically not get yelled at for it, so that means I just have to be more careful about what I do and where I go, and especially how I use and strategize my time to my benefit. That, and I gotta have fun too, right? Its not a college experience unless its fun.

So you wonder where it all began?

Wednesday, May 2nd, 2007

So in the midst of pining through some old you tube “crank call” videos (some of which are absolutely hilarious involving Robert de Niro, Al Pacino, and Jack Nicholson), I’ve found where Family Guy all began in this pilot video hosted by none other than Seth MacFarlane himself.

Had the whole show looked like that, I still would’ve watched it. If I can get through the very first season of The Simpsons, in all its visual nastiness, I can get through that preliminary version of Family Guy.

Who wants chowder!?

Friday, April 20th, 2007

So I’m sure many of you went into an alcoholic rampage after last Sunday’s episode of Family Guy didn’t air. I’m just wondering if went anything like this.

Luckily Drive is on it’s new date and time so that means more Family Guy for us this upcoming Sunday on FOX network. Double dose 9 and 9:30pm! w00t! Oh don’t forget to catch the full hour of the Simpson’s either, because the laughs just pave the way for Family Guy!

About Watching Family Guy

When not watching Family Guy, blogging about Family Guy or talking about Family Guy until he gets blue in the face, George Gonzalez, is in fact, a Family Guy. Happily trotting through life (with sometimes his own theme song playing in the background) with his two cats, wife, and almost two year old son, George makes an ass of himself to the amusement of his friends and family on a daily basis. So keep on reading on and see if you can separate this Family Guy from the Family Guy!
