Family Guy Naps

by Staff Writer

Napping are sometimes good, and sometimes they can just be outright horrible. For example, do you ever feel like you should be taking a nap and then you go to do so only to find yourself waking up 3 hours later.

Well, here are somethings that you should probably consider the next time you take a nap.

We, humans, are habitual creatures. We do things from habits, and our habits enforces the personalities we make. Therefore, to make yourself take more controlled naps, set aside a time in your day where you are the most tired to nap.

Now subtract one hour from the time that you are the most tired, and take a 30-40 minute nap. If you feel like you can’t sleep everyday at that time, put something on t.v. and then lay on your couch prepared to nap.

For example, take out your copies of Family Guy, slide it into the DVD player (and/or computer ) and watch one episode of Family Guy.

As soon as this episode is over, you should just close your eyes for about 30 minutes even if you really can’t “sleep”. You have to make sure you get up before the 40th minute though, otherwise napping is wasting your time.

If kept on a daily schedule of watching family guy and napping, your body will eventually just fall asleep after your watch any episode of Family Guy.

Somethings to keep in mind are that no matter how tired you are, you should always take naps in something other than the bed that you sleep in.

Like I said before, since our habitual bodies are used to going to sleep in our beds, they will do so again when you are taking a nap in your bed, therefore, always nap on a couch or a lazy-z-boy chair.
