Watching Family Guy

Circadian Rhythm. That is the part of your body, also known as the Biological Time. Well, thats what normal people refer to it as. However, the key into getting your circadian rhythm into a certian grove, the key is lighting. You have to get a certain amount of lighting in your day. The whole circadian system works with your body temperature, when you get up, that is when your body knows to raise its temperature, while when you go to sleep the temperature of your body is actualy 2 to 3 degree’s lower thaan normal temps.

So, while getting light into your eyes is one way to get your sleep cycle, you also must keep in mind that you can’t just be looking at a light all day and hope that you sleep better at night. You have to be active as well. The key is the higher your temperature is during the day, the faster it will drop when you try to go to sleep later that day/night. When your temperature drops faster, the better sleep you get. The 2 kinds of sleep that you must be aware of are NREM & REM sleep. in REM sleep, you are regenerating your body, for all sorts of things, thats when you heal your muscles, because this is the time that your body lets more blood flow into the muscles; hence regeneration.

In order for you to sleep good, you need to raise your body temperature atleast one time during the day: this can be done by riding a bike or just playing some sort of sport. The main thing is to KEEP ACTIVE. The more active you are, the better.

Well, today’s post is going to be a little off topic that most posts, today we are going to talk about Sleep. Usually, Family Guy topics are discussed, but times there should be some no-topical type of information, and today is one of those days.

Its going to be very brief, as I don’t want to bore you with non-interesting facts and nonsensical material. There are something things about sleep that you should know about, one being how to optimize your sleep so that you can sleep the least amount and still function throughout the while day without feeling tired. The key ingredient to this recipe is the habitual responsibility of going to sleep on time and keeping your body healthy.

It is true what they say: You need to have 8 glasses of water a day, right now, if you are not getting that much of water, your body is simply adjusting to the body dehydration of water, and that is simply why you feel fine just the way you are right now, but hey, try this. Drink 8 glasses of water in one day and you will find that in a little while that your body keep wanting that water once you give it to your body.

An example of this can be giving in real life, for example, lets say that you are getting 5 dollars for simply going to school each day. But lets also say that after a little while you get 15 dollars for going to school! Now you are very content with getting that 15 dollars, and statistically a little more content than when you are getting that 5 dollars. So, now, do you want to go back to that 5 dollars you were getting for going to school

Well, I’ve compilated something that you might find interesting Well, here it is: the part where Leia meets Stewie Vader and Adam West as commanding General under Stewie. That’s how things are in real life too, there is always someone above you who is better, faster, and stronger. And there is almost nothing you can do to stop this, although, if you are that person at the very top, then good for you, because all the people under you, in a subconscious level hate you. Yes, its true, no matter what.

Those people under you hate you because you have everything, and what they have is nearly nothing, yet they still work harder than you to get where they are now, and you didn’t do anything at all. Well, worry not, life will continue, all that matters is that you are happy with what you can do, and try your hardest to get the things that you are not able to get. So, when we meet our greatest troubles and face them with our fiiercest face, then we are what we really should be proud of although it may not feel that way.

For example, have a test you would like to get over, well, all you have to do is study extremely hard for it, and find out something that you don’t already know. Yes, easier said that done, but it is exactly what you gotta do to live your life to the fullest.

So, although, I know that I’m not the best at doing what I’m asking all of you to do, I do make an attempt to do everything I can (usually :P, cause my mood fluctuates due to time) to help out a situation that I really want to help out with.

Okay, so its a pretty good 2-d game right? Well, check this out: Family Guy scene done out on Maple Story. Its quite 2-d That is all it is basically. It feels like its been awhile since I’ve written to this topic of Family Guy. So how are the folks out there doing today? Well, there are just a few things with this game that can be somewhat annoying.

Although, it’s a pretty decent game, the time I used to play the game seems like centuries ago. I think like in 2002, I played the game and although it was interesting for the time that I played it, I think that the game is a little too happy. There are many other games I’d rather spend time playing on, such as World of Warcraft. Have any of you ever done your time with Maple Story?

Believe me when I say that I haven’t gotten started to those Family Guy seasons, I will get there eventually though. I just need to get a hold of them first, I thought that I had them, but apparently, they seem to have gone out of the house and into hiding.

Worry not, I can just always download them from Rapidshare or something like that. Besides, its better like that because then there are not any commercials.

You would think that Peter is too selfish to sing to Lois or anyone else, but here is something for your mind to contemplate:

Yes, its true, Peter sings Lois a love song. Okay, maybe its not that true, but it could be right? You don’t know that, maybe Seth has made unaired episodes about Peters love to Lois. He did have those porn movies on the show that make Peter want to buy more the videos.

Until, Lois found out, then she was the one in the video, its kinda weird how she would film herself, but hey its just a cartoon, anything can happen. Somethings that I wish would happen will remain secret, and in my head.

I bet if you asked Peter to play the guitar, he would be like, “Oh my gosh, I dont know how to play the guitar…”

But then, when it comes to theme song playing and random scenes in the show, Peter can play guitar almost as good as Jimmy the King. Its weird how this happens right? Well, thats what you get for watching a cartoon You’re better off spending the time learning how to play the guitar yourself. Its not as easy as you think it is, but what would you know if you don’t give it a shot?

Well, its a beautiful day today, the sun is not quite out but it feels as fresh as the mountain rainwater. Well, for the most part, it just looks likes its foggy outside, but of course this is not going to stop me from going outside because its starting to be that time of the year when it gets to be a little warmer than usual, and the snow is starting to melt away.

It kinda makes you want to go back to being 10 years old and being able to play whenever you want, as long as you got your work done, if you can ever consider that 10 year old stuff “work.” Now, work means being able to calculate a bunch of things from a formula and being able to apply them. But dont forget, now that you are an adult, unless you are just a really praised child, you can watch Family Guy without hiding it from your parents. I mean, technically a 12 year old shouldn’t be hearing those kinds of things.

Anyways, I would like to prseent to you a video that simply caught my interest because it was a simple game. However, I’m not really sure what the heck you are supposed to do into this , but it sure its fun. I bet. This game is as worthless as a comedian on a serious play. I mean, I think these deserves its own post because its Marco Polo Game. However, it may not have any meaning, so don’t really waste your time playing the game. Actually, why am I writing about this, forget it, I’m leaving.

One of the best things during competition is to recognize the enemy. If you don’t recognize the enemy, then you don’t know what you are fighting against. Kind of like how all medical doctors have to know what disease or disorder you have (not that you specifically have one) before they can start treating it.

Well, anyways, this guy, “Randy” posts many valid arguments that Family Guy steals. I think the most surprising thing for me about this site is that there is some guy out there who just hates the crap out of family guy and puts up a blog doing just this: venting out his hatred to family guy, any way possible.

Anyways, if you want to see some controversial sites, there are plenty more out there… now, I don’t see a valid point for putting down this site, its Randy’s blog and he can write whatever he wants on it, its just that he gets more comments than I do that bothers me. I guess people love controversy more than information
