Plethora of Clips

by Staff Writer

The greatest thing about writing The Family Guy blog is there is NO shortage of hilarious video clips to share from YouTube.

I’ve just been searching around on YouTube (one of the greatest sites online) and I’ve found some great Family Guy clips to share with everyone.

This first one is one of my favorite Stewie moments from this new season. It’s from the episode “Stewie Loves Lois.” Lois saved Stewie’s bear Rupert by sewing him up after a dog attack. Stewie can’t stop loving her now.

Preview for Sunday & Some Hilarious Clips

by Staff Writer

As I posted before Sunday’s episode is going to feature a story with Brian dating a dumb blonde bimbo. Well, who better to get to do the voice of a dumb blonde bimbo than Drew Barrymore! Didn’t see that one coming did you? Oh, you did? I did too.

I’ve found a few clips to whet your appetite for this Sunday. The first is over at TV.com. I love how Stewie says, “Come over here Brian. Sit by your friend Stewie.” You can view the clip here. (Just click on the “Watch Video” portion in the corner.)

Also, I was surfing around on YouTube, when I came across an overall preview of this season, and a hilarious clip of “Drunk Stewie.” Check them out, after the little read more thing…

Family Guy: People’s Choice Nominee

by Staff Writer

Well, the People’s Choice Nominees are out. Yipee! Can you tell I’m trying to feign enthusiasm?

It’s because I’ve never been a big fan of award shows, at all! Just a bunch of celebs getting together and telling each other how great they are. I never watch them.

With that said, I’m glad Family Guy is getting recognized now that it’s back on the air. It’s in the Animated TV Comedy category. It’s going up against King of the Hill (A worthless excuse for a funny cartoon) and The Simpsons.

Go on Family Guy, you can do it!

This Week’s Family Guy Episode: “Whistle While Your Wife Works”

by Staff Writer

TV.com has the synopsis of what we can expect for this week’s Family Guy episode:

Peter gets hurt at work, and his boss tells him he needs to speed things up, so Lois goes to the brewery to help him out. Meanwhile, Stewie finds out that Brian is dating a very attractive, but not too intelligent woman. He tries to get Brian to break up with her, but Brian can’t do it.

Signs You May Have Missed: “Saving Private Brian”

by Staff Writer

I’m thinking that this will be a really cool feature. During The Family Guy there’s always those signs that have something hilarious written on them, yet you never get enough time to read them.

With the amazing ability to turn my computer into a DVR with a simple software program, I can now record the shows and take the screencaps with my technically advanced “Print Screen” button on my computer. Using Paint I can crop them and then paste them up on my site.

Putting those two things together, I’m gonna do posts after every recap with the funny signs you may have missed, and now you’ll have time to READ all of them :)

Here’s three from last night’s episode:

Family Guy: “Saving Private Brian”

by Staff Writer

Welcome everyone! To the 451 Press Family Guy Blog.

The World Series is now over, and we can all get back to watching The Family Guy without interruption. It’s been a while since a new Family Guy episode, but what a great one to come back with.

The main plot of this episode was a Stewie/Brian one. Those ones are the best I think. I always think back to the episode “Road Trip to Europe and remember how much I laughed then. The Army comes to recruit high school kids, showing them a movie about the Army that looks oddly like an alcohol/tobacco advertisement. The slogan being, “The Army, AWWW YEAH! Obviously if you join the Army there will be bikini clad girls and mountains of cash everywhere you go.

About Watching Family Guy

When not watching Family Guy, blogging about Family Guy or talking about Family Guy until he gets blue in the face, George Gonzalez, is in fact, a Family Guy. Happily trotting through life (with sometimes his own theme song playing in the background) with his two cats, wife, and almost two year old son, George makes an ass of himself to the amusement of his friends and family on a daily basis. So keep on reading on and see if you can separate this Family Guy from the Family Guy!
